This Privacy Policy describes how Dalelk ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Dalelk customer application, the Dalelk partner application, the Dalelk admin portal, and the Dalelk website (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

The only information required to create an account is your mobile phone number, which we use to send you a one-time password (OTP) for authentication.

You may submit content to the Service, including business listings, photos, descriptions, ratings, and (when this feature is enabled) reviews and comments. Content that you submit publicly may be displayed to other users in connection with your account or the relevant business listing.

1.3 Location Information

With your permission, the customer application may request your device's foreground (in-use) location to show businesses near you. We do not request or use background location, and we do not store your location history. Location is used in real time to return nearby results and is not associated with your account profile. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings.

1.4 Push Notification Tokens

If you enable notifications, we store a push-notification device token together with the device platform (iOS, Android, or web), an internal device identifier, your preferred locale, and a last-seen timestamp. We use this only to deliver notifications related to the Service (for example, order updates for partners, or service announcements).

3.1 Publicly Visible Content

Business listings, photos, ratings, and any reviews you submit are intended to be visible to other users of the Service, and may also appear in search-engine results when the website is indexed.

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the Service. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

If Dalelk is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality obligations.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Server-side logs and diagnostic data are retained for limited periods (typically up to 90 days) for security and debugging purposes. We retain other information only for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law, after which we will delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to receive your information in a portable format. Some information may be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Public content you have posted (for example, a business listing or review) may remain visible after account deletion in anonymised form unless you specifically request its removal.

Dalelk operates from Israel, and the providers listed above operate data centres in Israel, the European Union, and the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your country.
